1. you can drive your child in the morning2. yes can join one way school bus service
3. no, the after class activities is from 3:30 - 4:30, and no school bus service can provide
4. no chinese homework up to now (one week teach one book and it will be sent to home after finish everyweek), for english, need to write A to Z, phonics workbook and home reading, its not compulsory that you must need to do them all, every month will have show and tell

I am interested in the school too and would like to ask:
1. Can I drive my child to school in the morning?
2. Is there one-way school bus service (only back home?)
3. Are there after-school activities so that the child can stay till 5:30pm?
4. Is there any homework for the preparatory class?

its about 20mins for each recess (2times per day)and 15mins snack time before or after recess time
lunch time is about 50mins
nap time is 40mins

actually there is a lot of play and rest time hehe

i can say the school is really great!, first month of the school, mainly learn the school and classroom rules,
i joined 2 times to be the helper in the class activities, they have good discipline in the class.
and teacher always encourage them to ask question, express their point of view

my boy is a very shy and passive boy, but he enjoys school so much now and everyday just wants to go school

Thanks for the useful info. Do u know how long are the recess n lunch time?

How do u find the school so far? The school tour I attended focus on introduction of the hardware, not much on the teaching philosophy etc

Any leads greatly appreciated!!

school start at 8am is a bit early, but so far my son has no problem on it also they have 2 recess times in am and pm, lunch time, and preparatory grade will have 40mins nap time too

Hi all, we are thinking abt preparatory for my gal next year. I went to the school tour and understood that the hour is 8am - 3pm for preparatory. Same as primary. Do u find it too long for your kid? Worrying if she can adapt...
