I think the most important thing is to sit at the front of the hall when waiting for teachers. On your time slot , there will be about 6-7 groups of 15 children each. The hall will have hundreds of people including parents. Then after the principal's breifing, there will be 6-7 teachers standing at the front each holding a colored card, and the children will be asked to walk to the front by themselves with parents all sitting still. Now you can imagine the chaos for these 4 year old kids, those walking from the back. And some parents at the front refusing to sit still, blocking the sight of these kids, who, in the middle of the hall, can't see their parents or the colored cards at the front. Some end up crying, some confused and might affect performances, some got into the wrong line etc. I couldn't imagine how the school can think of a way so prejudice to those sitting at the back! |
