其實俾得起錢的內地人子女, 好多都好叻的。英文可能比本地小孩更流利。他們资源豐富, 給小孩的都是很好的教育。现在跟以往是不同的了。

請問申請k1, 之前冇報playgroup, 機會很细嗎？如果有幸收，是否k1比一次50000, p1比一次10000?

我以一個用家來分享較有說服力吧！首先我明白很多人未必把Kingston作為首選，可能不是一條龍（ICHK對很多人來說是太遠吧）。對我來說，「目前」是最重要，五，六年後很多時因為太多因素而改變我們家長心態！
說回正題，誠言內地人在學校有一定比例，但眼見他們是「高級內地人」的一群，守規矩，有禮貌，質素大可放心！問心香港四圍現在都是內地人，香港人，面對現實吧！
我比較留意教師流動性，這反映一間學校的行政架構，大多老師在Kingston 都教5-7年，証明老師都很愛這間學校！校長老師非常歡迎家長任何時候查詢學校事宜，學生受傷處理危機果斷及有系統（雖然只是普通皮外傷，小朋友玩耍一定有吧！）
一年6個Field Trip,學生非常enjoy從中學習！每日一篇中文寫字，正常10分鐘可以完成！鼓勵閲讀，這正是我想要的！
很多外籍老師，英文水平沒有落後於其他國際學校！反而我家小孩國語突飛猛進，在家説得很流利，不用花錢再出外面補習！
100Klevy覺得好肉痛，但要明白一間IB學校要求嚴格，每數年要review,老師每年要專業training,所有老師培訓有一定成本，希望家長明白。
佢哋IB行得好成熟，我唔想hard sell!
最喜歡每星期手冊有寫今個單元學什麼及學生上堂表現，家長可以多加了解！
如果硬要說有什麼缺點，只可以説規模不能如ESF那麼大。
每個家長要求不同，注重各方面比重也不一樣！你們可以自己權衡一下！我需要我小朋友開心學習，也注重中文，so far可以做到！

We went last Friday. We didn't get a spot after going to PG interview a few years b ...

I have the same experience as you. My case is that they turned down us down for playgroup and invited us again for nursery class interview ;And my kid got a spot finally .

Good luck to you . As per your case , it really depends on how many kids withdraw from school ; and there are always kids leaving for various reasons.
