If that is the case, the arrangement has slightly been changed from some years ago.  The new arrangement, i.e. the boys enter the interview room first, may be better for those kids who perceive pressure from their parents.

Honestly I think the 2nd interview setting, such as the ticker timer, makes the atmosphere a bit tense.  Some years ago only one minute is assigned for the parents part - counting from questions from the interviewers to answers by parents.  The parents as well as the kids need to be very calm and confident - but it could be very difficult...

mind to tell if you are a skh member?


the additional pt granted for skh member and/or old boys would be a definite adv.


since last yr, there r only a few candidates to be put on waiting list.

5 years ago, we went to the interview room together with my son first. my wife and ...

boy went in first. then the parents were asked to join later. the boy sat in the middle of dad and mum. the Principal led to ask questions and time by using a ticker timer.

the parents would not be able to notice if the boy sat standstill becos they should have looked at the eyes of whom talking to them.

No need to worry about your son. if his academic standard is high, there are many chances for P2 or P3 transfer. P2 or P3 transfer admission depends mainly on written test results instead of interview performance.

5 years ago, we went to the interview room together with my son first. my wife and i chatted with the interviewers for a while then left the interview room, leaving my son alone with the 3 interviewers. not sure if the interview procedure is changed now.

我沒有為小朋友外補,亦沒有學琴棋書畫.,他在校內成績屬於最好果幾個,為他報了兩間宜資作為叩門熱身(因全心入區內心儀津校)..第一次面試,見到其他小朋友就心知不妙..小女真係差幾班! 曾經想過,是否需要外出進補呢???但眼見佢每日在進步,學習態度又好...進補會否增加她的壓力,弄巧反拙呢??現在她情況不是很好嗎?還求什麼呢??我們捨得她如此辛苦如此累嗎??

Sorry，我細仔無DB 2nd in。就算有亦沒什麼值得威，學大家話齋，等有offer先算啦！
