I would like to apply for Occupational Therapy in UCAS 2019 (I'm from the JUPAS stream)
Any recommendations for UK universities?
And I have another concern: is it hard to find related jobs in HK after graduating?

Well, these are the top 3 universities in the UK for studying computer science.  I'm certainly in no position to rank them, although most will rank Oxbridge slightly better than Imperial.

In the short-listing, we used the results of our Physics Aptitude Test to guide us in reducing the number of applicants to around 2.5 per place...

All applicants scoring 60 and above were short-listed. Roughly 65 applicants below this cut-off whose application forms showed other evidence of excellence or had been ill during the test were added, to arrive at a final short-list of 506 candidates who were invited to Oxford for interview..."

Not much detail is released by the Materials Science department, only some general admissions statistics:

overall offer rate and acceptance rate for the past three years were 31% and 26% respectively.

Do you mean the GCSE result for the candidates?

Thank you so much for your detailed information.My son got the IAL results of 3A* in Maths, Chem & Pure Maths,
A in Physics. He did not take further Maths.

In the 2016-17 admissions round the estimated competition for places across Oxford was 15.9:1
Candidates were selected using standard selection criteria. Economics and Management aimed to interview three candidates for every place available which meant that many good candidates were not shortlisted: 316 out of 1316 (24%) applicants were invited for interview compared with 2015 when 25% of applicants were interviewed, and 2014, when 25% of applicants were also interviewed.

It's only mentioned that:

As guidance, and on the basis of a validated weighted combination of the test score and proportion ofA* at GCSE (where applicable), the Admissions Coordinator advises college tutors as to a calculatedupper threshold score and a calculated lower threshold score. All candidates above the upperthreshold were recommended to be short-listed, and candidates below the lower threshold wererecommended not to be short-listed, except in the case of exceptional circumstances. Around half ofthe candidates between the two thresholds were short-listed for interview, resulting in around 3applicants per place.

Or do you mean the conditional offer on GCE A-Level?

The conditional offer for Maths is usually A* A* A (A* in Maths and Further Maths)
