大家①有没有打②如有、幾時　同　③係辺到打？　我如女係香港就年年都有打開、今年不知如何是好。　多謝分享。

In fact my daughter is also going to a state boarding school this September. I have also filled in the NHS form and submitted all the medical records so far, but dont remember being asked yes or no to have the flu jab. May be I will ask when we attend the taster day. Tks.

May be you can email the school nurse for information.My son will be attending a state boarding school so not sure how independent school medical works. My son's school has sent us the local medical centre registration form to complete and one section asks whether the child has or would consider taking a flu jab. So the school nurse may be able to give you advice.
