Just read from an article saying that school fee will be increased by 2%, and one off capital enrollment fee will be Hkd 80,000 in coming admission.

Does anyone know how much was this one off capital enrollment fee before? The website says that u hv to pay this Hkd80k within 14days once offer is made, think it may cause some people to give up the offers...

Sorry Riesling - I have read your question wrongly. I have heard if you have debenture, there's no need to pay the $20k capital levy. But it's through secondary source.

Thx Bluebee! the 500k is depreciating to zero along yrs of study! Together with the 80k enrollment fee n annual levy 20k plus 2% school fee increase, it's quite expensive among international schools......😞

Yes - believe it is true you have to pay both. $80k on enrolment (I don't think this has changed) as enrolment fee, and then the new $20k capital levy annually.

How much was the enrollment fee before? Is it true u hv to pay for both debenture and annual capital levy? For other IS, it is always a choice of either one.....thx!
