Hi, my kids is studying in the ITLP program. U r right, they dun accept small B... so my B [who born in late 2013] will go to to 2 yr old program next yr

The teachers r caring, but they used cantonese as main medium, see if u r ok for that.. also, free play format....
but the teachers do stress basic discipline, ie, dun push others....etc

Yes 16/17 ITLP. We just went this morning, it went pretty quick. I want to know some comments from parents on this program. We are considering yew Chung and Kingston. Any thought?

I want to know as well. I only know they do not accept small b for 3 years old programme. My son is dec 13 bb but they said he can only apply 2 years old programme this year or 3 years old programme for 16/17. Is their playgroup good?
