部份課程一定要有實習時數才可以畢業，大學會搵到足夠實習職位，在學生辦事處或者學系內聯網通知同學。

然後同學要個別申請，靣試！部份是大學面試，部份是公司面試。不是大學亂點鴛鴦譜就算。

最後，有些同學會有幾間在手，有些一間都冇都有。如果會影響畢唔到業，學校會幫忙一下，揾公司捱義氣，哽咗佢！

以上是我所知的幾間大學及學科的做法，其他家長可以補充。

其實啲Intern係學校派的，還是要自己揾？

阿仔今年暑期在MNC工作，同期有5個 Intern ，車馬費偏低。他是暑期工，不是 Intern , 不豁免於最低工資，人工高過最低工資，是他們車馬費的三倍左右，還有OT及MPF！

你說的是在學的 Internship, 暑期為主，兩個星期到十二個月都有，在香港可豁免於最低工資！

Management Trainee 指畢業後的入職，為期一至兩年，不會是最低工資。

真係吾駛讀，朋友冇有關課程或相關經驗，考入去是副經理，一年內升經理，但人工低冇做吧!
