I searched the archive some time ago on this. It seems that if a candidate is on the first waiting list, the parents will need to attend the parenting class and the candidate will get a chance to have a third interview (group) in Nov. After a successful third interview, the candidate will get a conditional offer. The condition is that the parents finish the parenting class and hand in the assignment. Second waiting means that there is still a chance, depending on how many seats are left. Please note that the above info is from the archive. I may have mis-understood last year's process. And it may not mean anything this year.

I am also still waiting for the email
