What is the area of psychology you are talking about? You major in psychology? Hong Kong is following the British system.  As mentioned by Brother4 message, look for program which accredited by BPS and same as Australia, program should be accredited by APS (Australian Psychological Society).  You need to do research on your own, accredited master programs are not easy to get in.  Go to the websites of BPS and APS, there should be a list of accredited programs.  Since HKPS registration policy might not be exactly as APS and BPS, you can send an email to HKPS after you chose a program that you are interested, do include the program and practicum requirement.   The tuition and other info are listed.

選擇專業課程，要小心注意該課程的認可，課程是獲得英國心理學會The British Psychological Society認可，有關詳情，可瀏覽www.bps.org.UK。

若從就業角度以言，則要由不同方面探討。你所考慮的醫療心理學是從生理、心理、環境、文化等角度作出研究。而醫療心理學之下亦再細分臨床醫療心理、公共醫療心理、社區醫療心理及針對性醫療心理。

雖然畢業後可在醫療機構從事相關研究工作，但若想直接在香港從事臨床心理專業工作，未必一定獲得聘用。雖然，萬一未能獲政府聘用，仍可入職其他醫療機構或院校，不過，相對而言，出路便會狹窄得多。

所以，最理想是入讀本港臨床心理學課程，但如來信所言，競爭甚高，即使在英國修讀，亦要如美國畢業生一樣再進修Doctor in Clinical Psychology。而英國的臨床心理學博士培訓多屬政府資助課程，所以較少取錄海外學生。因此，如果很想攻讀臨床心理學，可能需要考慮澳洲的臨床心理學碩士課程。
