shouldnt be many parents give up.as admin officer told that they already received 90% of offer letter till today.
and asked there are total 6 classes K1 in 2015. 3 am classes and 3 pm.classes only.

Probably they send out the letters in few batches. Offering letter and waiting letter in high rank are sent first. After receiving the reply from them, they know how many seats are available and will send out the rest of the letters. I guess...the reject / waiting letters will arrive next week (if they said all letters will be sent before CNY is accurate)
