入官津小，幼稚園真是未必有關係，自行是計分，計分的分數和讀邊間幼稚園無關，大抽獎純運氣，幼稚園最多叩門時有作用。但是叩門位是少得可憐。私小直資就是考入去，讀邊間幼稚園或許有點關連。

but living in wanchai doesnt guarantee the kid will have their admission ticket to good primary school, i guess kinder does have a role to play in child's development, or else why parents bother which kinder their kid goes to.

Primary allocation is mainly determined by where you live, nothing much to do with the kindergarten
