According to the following table, suggest you may replace one of your lower ranking choices by Swansea in view of the easier entry standards and comparatively high ranking:

Entry 2015
Std Rank
567  4 Warwick - Economics
504  8 Bath - Economics
450  18 Leeds - Marketing
459  20 Southampton - Marketing
394  26 Kent - Economics / Marketing
310  28 Swansea

You may even include another U with entry standards below 300 to play safe.

你上網看看他們對AL數學的成績要求，會知道要高階數學才適合讀Economics！

如果Warwick肯收，我建議不妨去讀，不過要悪補數學！

我識人在F5 棄M1，文憑試成績普通，雖然有八大收，但去了英國一問不錯的大學讀 Economics，他要在香港及曼徹斯特補數才可以應付校內數學，暫時成績都有 2：1。

I don't comment on the choice of universities, but you need to do the reality check.

For Economics in UK, universities are very focus on the Maths competence of students, DSE core Maths 4 may not good enough to survive in Economics, with M1 or M2 is more reasonable.

If your kid can get in any Economics program, do some remedial course in Maths before term start.

Ahead, you have to go to the u's website yourself. We can't answer all the questions for you when you can do it yourself. Each U's have their own requirements. Stop asking questions and search now.
