My letter read as "out of the many applications we have received your child has been chosen to attend a play visit". This puzzles me as most people say ESF tsing yi invites all applicants. Do you all receive the same letter?

Also, can anyone clarify if the school now adopts a selective approach just like most LS and IS, or the previous screening approach in which case most got invited will get offer?

According to the way it was done in previous years, invitation letters should be sent out either this week or next week and play visits (interviews) will be held in January, so no need to panic if you have not yet received anything.

Yes there are some children who have already been to play visits and even received offers, but those are the ones with priority (staff, sibling, alumni etc).
