i dont think they can say it officially, even though your kid at pg can promote to pn, you still have to wait for the vancay too.

I attended their information session and was told that priority will be given by their PG students and the staff in Kln Tong told me that PG students are guaranteed to get in their N class - I guess they cannot say guarantee officially only ?
