請教：大家為甚麼都喜歡上午班呢？

因我女需要瞓下午覺，所以一定選上午班，早上八時起身，食下早餐，8:50出門口（學校在樓下），放12:00，沖完涼，食午餐，1:30-4:00午睡，玩下，睇下圖書、電視，又到晚飯時間（6:00-7:00），之後又玩下，9:00睡覺。每日就係咁，非常regular,非常休閑，又有充分時間玩和休息。

因為至少可以自己送返學，傾下計，唔駛等到放工返黎先見面。到大少少，上午返學，下午加少少興趣班，時間好用啲

If the kid sleeps relatively late at night, then perhaps PM class might be even more suitable for him / her.

與其家長諗盡辦法晨早整醒仔女，不如返pm，等小朋友可以自然醒啦，自然醒真係好可貴，
有好多小朋友慣左晨早起身，但又要返pm, 生活習慣亂晒，
跟返小朋友作息，唔好為爭am而爭，對大家都好

真係睇本身家庭個時間表係點, 有o的家長覺得自己收工後想多o的時間同小朋友相處就會選擇夜o的訓晏o的起返pm.....

而我自己小朋友就慣早睡早起加午後訓晏覺, 覺得am會適合佢多o的, 所以返n時完全唔洗adjust時間表就可以返學了.......

個人習慣, 各有喜好, 最緊要o岩自己o岩小朋友~~~~

我會播佢鐘意O既歌比佢聽,當閙鐘叫佢起身,佢無扭話眼瞓,仲會笑笑口跟住唱,大家可以試下

If he is tired, then he will take a nap in the afternoon (we only put him in bed in the afternoon by his own request).
I think it is just a habit (it is the same whether a kid sleeps early or late).  He has been going to bed early since going to playgroup when he was about 1 year old.  He finishes lunch at around 2pm and then he will play at home for a while and go to the park for 1 hour.  He will go for shower and then start eating at 6pm or so.  Then we will put him in bed at around 7pm.

Sleep early (my son sleeps from 7:30pm to 6:30am) and normally he wakes up by himself

more energy in the morning + play with friends in the afternoon
