where to get IB text books? - 國際學校

I am looking for textbooks for Mathematics for the International Students MYP2 (Haese & Harris Publications). Does anyone know where to get it? I tried AMAZON but incredibly expensive.

Thank you very much for all the above replies. I also like using book depository but unfortunately I got to it too late and it is out of stock at the moment and no date for when it will be coming. In fact, the school provides the book in class but students are not allowed to bring them home. When they need to to revise or do homework, then they have to get on the PDF file in the school website. It is not a problem at all. It was only me being stubborn of keeping my child away from the computer as much as I can.

My son is also using Haese Math book at school. But we ordered with Swindon (ESF book list) in early July and so it arrived in August. And yes, it is expensive.
You might want to check the official website of Haese to see whether it may be cheaper ordering directly from them. They do accept online orders, but not sure how long it will take for the book to arrive here.
I think if you order now, no matter with Swindon or Amazon or Haese etc, unless you are willing to pay premium shipping fees, it is very unlikely it will arrive sooner.
It has been three weeks since school started. They need the book now. You might simply wish to stick to the pdf file for now and see whether you can get a copy somewhere soon.

Can't agree more. Last year, I saved about $1000, as a result of buying second hand books from school and amazon.

香港買lB教科書，經常要訂，要等，可能開學個多月還未有，這個反而是我最困擾。因此我一直在Amazon 訂，運費貴d，但肯定在開學前有齊教科書。還有lB課本有e copy, 小朋友上課用e copy, 家中用實體書本，不用做運書業鉅子。

𨶙於lBDP課本貴，我計過肯定比NSS課本平好多。首先中英的讀本不貴，其他科目一本用多年，不用買好多本，計NSS要一科科計，不能一本本計，結論完全不同。

不少lB學生都用 notebook, 一本note book 已經貴過所有lBDP教科書總和。

跟學校商量，一齊網上訂，可以減低運費，及有折扣。

how many pages? Sometimes I would print out the most impotyant part to read it easily.

If you have a group of parents ordering together to share the freight costs, Pronin should be around much cheaper.

I can get the PDF file from the school website but as I am trying to cut down the time looking at the computer as much as I can for my child, I wld like to have the hard copy. 學校PTA office 有二手書賣，應該便宜多。
