yes, heard that more and more students in primary talked in Eng or Putunghua outside classroom as well.

So are these teachers foreign teachers or local Chinese ?

Both teachers from abroad and local. You can check each teacher's profile in the school website. Students are required to communicate in either English or Putunghua during class. School does not prohibit use of Cantonese in school.

Year 1 to 5, ie primary, does not teach by subjects. Each class has two teachers, one putonghua and one English. Generally both languages are used in teaching. Secondary school is subject based. Apart from Chinese, all subjects are taught in English.

Other than English, Chinese and Maths, they have drama and music, should be taught in English

In year 1, there is no textbook for Maths but the program follows Singapore textbook "My Pals are Here".  Maths will be taught in both English and PTH.

Since my daughters are now in the secondary, I am not so updated with the primary section.  I know the Math syllabus has been more structured (not sure still using the Singapore text books); NO tests/exam from year 1 to 5 (not allowed by IBO, yeah! ).

Wow!!  Year 8 and 10.  My child will attend year 1 in 2015.  Since I just want my child to go to school for fun, and  just want to know anything about the school.
