I suspect that like Harrow, NAIS will not be too difficult to get in right now, but give it a few year, the queue will be as bad as all other IS.

Expect some hiccups for a new school. (I heard for Harrow they had uniform/school bag trouble in the beginning, something to do with bad material sourcing, i think...) It could be new equipment not working properly, messy admin system, new teachers adapting to the school etc etc. Normal teething issues ;)

You have to be specific about your criteria. Some people may concern the name of the school or the campus. Others many concern about Chinese teaching.
This is a new school in Hong Kong, so you won't be able to find too much information here.
