sonkhl 但有时程序都好重要.有几次医疗事故就是没有按程序流程走而出事. 發表於 2 小時前

程序及指引有一定作用，但建基於合理，適時，及與時並進，目的是減少失誤，而非推卸責任。這也是ISO9001，ISO13485的的精神。

現在不少政府部門及公營機構濫用或繼續使用不合時宜的程序及指引，不為服務公眾，只為推卸責任。

有目的地用策略去达到一样事情.假设这事是合法及利己不害人.我个人不反对楼主为了入医科而去做医疗有关之義工.但我认为,当你去做这"義工"时请全情投入用心去做,如能达到自我克服心理境界,那怕这医生原来是为钱为名而来,但他/她每次医人时都是用心去做好.我们又何需理会他/她背後的目的呢!
