忽然收到Kingston 通知3月中interview playgroup!

我仲以為playgroup已經無行, 一心繼續排2 歲班. 忽然收到Kingston 通知3月頭去information session 然後月月中interview playgroup!  聽聞 interview 差唔多 = offer , 真?

令我有d擔心Kingston 會唔會好多功課? 好似local school 咁一樣咁demanding?

未識寫字, 但俾本書佢用拼音可讀到8/9成, 我自己好滿意了:)

I guess your have offer for am class.  Now only left with pm class which I actually prefer.  We are so lucky as I only applied end of Oct.  I wonder if it was because I wrote to the school just two weeks before receiving the letter for info. session asking if my son is still on the wait list for 2-year old class... could be that my profile was pick up and therefore put in for interview!  hahaha!

我睇完佢secondary school placement result 都算幾滿意, 都係我有興趣/意思想讀既學校 (kellett, HKA, RC).  最初我係覺得佢英文唔夠其他IS 好, 但再諗深一層我地都係local Chinese, 都應該要有好中文基礎, 英文要再好d 可以中學先再谷.  聽完個info. session 之後就更加confirm 想讀.  個個都話in 得實收, 希望係啦!

你打唔打算上佢小學?

我兩個小朋友都係kingston讀緊😊
唔肯定點計placement result, 不過有offer 無讀的，家長唔提，學校真係唔會知。又或係3歲時(k1)已考入其他國際學校的reception，學校亦無計入。亦認識有同學仔，考入cckg, cdnis, sis, 但唔知點解結果無讀，留返係kingston

kingston 的雙語教得很好，以前無levy, 有好多讀完pg同nursery 去考local 名幼稚園，被取錄率都頗高的。現在要俾levy, 中途轉走的就少了。

其實多數學校都要睇小朋友面試表現，小朋友幾叻都好，始終年紀小，肚餓、眼瞓、心情不好已對面試有大影響，我反而欣賞學校沒有沾小朋友的光 😌

kellett則要早報早排隊，如讀完kingston轉去，無interview的，同kingston 一樣係佢決定收唔收，所以升讀kellett 的必需家長一早報名準備。
AIS，我就不太清楚。

事實係多數家長都會同小朋友試考其他國際學校，不留在kingston 只因學校太小，硬件設施比不上。
今年也認識好幾個同時攞到RC, SJS, 同CAIS的offers 。至於CIS, CDNIS則未出result 。

Still have GSIS, CIS, SIS, CDNIS, CAIS...etc.
For ESF, SJS, KJS, QBS, and many in RC  

Classmate's siblings of my kids are studying there.

I only remember Harrow. No ESF.
I think those choose ESF will leave after kindergarten.
