ICS Reception one (K1) interview

Does anyone know when ICS will send out interview invitation of Reception one (K1)?

I was interviewed by the admission supervisor Maggie too, and she was really nice. We had a good chat. The parents interview was standard enough, but i think they are looking for certain types of family and i think it does count much towards the 'final score'.

My boy told me he drew clouds and raindrops... hm, perhaps he misinterpreted the teacher's instructions...

Anyhow we'll all know within a week or so. Fingers crossed everyone!!

My daughter is asked to draw a big circle and she said that the teacher read a story to her. Seems the interview was less than 20mins. I was not interview by the principal, I met the admmision supervisor Maggie.

My girl can go to the classroom by herself. She told me the teacher read a story and then ask her to draw a balloon. She also told me that she draw an ice cream cone.

But it seems that the teacher didn't ask her too many questions. The group interview finished in 30 mins.  I don't know if the parents interview counts, because the principal only asked a few standard questions n let us go.

I think they focus more on the kids,

I feel the same. But the interview is not too long. Only around 30mins

My boy went to the classroom by himself so no idea whether he's doing good or bad. Frankly, he's happy when coming out from the interview it's really a bonus for us

Latest by 7 Mar, does it mean it could be released earlier than 7 Mar?

According to Wikipedia "ICS... admits about 20% of its applicant pool annually". Perhaps the percentage would be lower if they claim there's a large number of applicant this year.

Maybe after this round, they can't find suitable kids,  they will find again. No worry.

不是基督徒, 九月遞交報名表，去了school tour.

平常心吧，反正報名時學校早已說明因報名人數眾多，有機會不被挑選參加面試的，隨緣~

I have a feeling that they focus more on children. They tested students quite a lot of skills, some  ...

My kid went in himself and I have no idea what he did. Hope it turns out fine.
