My understanding is Debenture is not a must at this moment but it is later around 2016 n should be about $250,000. Last year they offer parents a debenture of $ 200,000 if buy immediately instead of 2016.

My girl interviewed on this Tuesday 25 mar n just received email today confirm offer. N my deadline for registration is 4 Apr. So my guess is after this round, they will start offer for waitlist

I submitted my application in march n got interview the other day, around 5 candidates in my round (preparatory), so I guess chance to get in is okay if now is waiting.
