The starting year of SIS is PY1 which accepts kids of 4 years old. So their PY1 is equal to our K2. Therefore in your case you should apply for academic year 15/16, i.e. entry at August 2015, and you should kickstart the whole process by Sept 2014.

Do u know when i should apply sis? as my daughter also 28months now, for PY1 should be 14/15. Thanks!

我兒子正就讀York,我覺得挺不錯的、每天都有一節國語課、只是怕他小學考不到好的學校才考慮讓他讀SIS、畢竟國際學校直升不用有升學壓力、

My son (a Singaporean) is 22 months+ and my target is to send him to SIS for PY1.
Can the parents of SIS students kindly give your valuable advice on which type of kindergarten should I send my son to, so that he can be equipped well for SIS level? My plan is choosing a kinder that focus on academic, in particular, English and Mandarin. I have applied for PN for the following kinders:

- St. Catherine

- Learning Habitat

- York

- Keen Ming
