It depends on your point of view. There is keen competition among top famous schools, even Oxford and Cambridge are competitors to each other. If you think that you and your childern do not want to join this game, you may try to make other choice. There are still many good schools for your selection. However, it is not realisitc that you want to get in these famous schools on the one hand, but want to change the game rules on the other hand. In fact, after you are admitted in these famous school, your children can still find their own ways to grow.

而且這不單只是名校，就算B2 or B3一樣常常發生，跟學校和學生本質沒有關係呀。

如果唔係看完整份帖文，仲以為大家響度講緊兩間商業機構傾緊生意，大家互相角力，你唔簽我即刻搵第二個簽…依家係學生升中入學，其實讀書係咪應該學生在德、智、體、群、美中學習及成長的嗎？為甚麼變成為學校在競逐名譽上的工具？同學入學讀書學習…還是入學為校爭奪獎項呢？名校的辦學宗旨及目標就是這樣的嗎？

以我們所知,那letter有註明什麼日期要簽回，只給很短的時間。如果你唔簽，又沒有合理原因，可能學校會放給其他人，那就看你小朋友對他有多重要，是你急還是學校急。

游泳很重要，如果最TOP的不用报名而且早就有OFFR, 次一点的就很难说，有些学校开了学还打电话来抢人，倒真搞笑。

According to my information, the students excellent in sports have been offered in November. Those excellent in academic performance or sports or music from their friendly primary schools have been offered in December. The last round should be the interview for other schools.
