我昨晚及今天報名 VICTORIA PN, 至上載相片的步驟後, 就變白畫面.

相片的大小及RESOLUTION 跟足的.

問那兒的STAFF 未有答覆.

請問有無人試過? 點解決??

resolution反而無關的, 主要是file大小, 而且, 一定要JPG

The website mentioned already: if the size or format is not qualified, it will show a blank page then .
Try to reset all the scanned copy config . Hope it helps!
