紀律方面表現較差... this I don't know because discipline is basically habits like going to bed early, waking up early and not be late for school, handing in homework on time....etc are taught both at home and in school.

Victoria does require kids to observe rules in the classroom and those rules may not be as strict as other traditional kindergartens.  One example will be, kids are encouraged to participate in discussions after the teacher reads a story to tell.  And putting up your hand and waiting to be called to express your idea is not often required.  Also, some Catholic schools do reprimand 3 years old for not being able to sit absolutely still during class.

Kids in Victoria learn in a "free" way mainly because (in my opinion), they are not seated at individual desks facing the blackboard and being lectured to.  The class of around 30 kids are split into 3 groups so that each teacher would guide his/her subgroup of 10 kids when teaching about a subject.  The kids will gather around a larger table or sit in a circle close to the teacher to observe, listen, ask questions and may be participate in demonstrations.  The teaching and learning process is two-way (bilateral) through active discussions.

不愛聽老師指令....who likes to be bossed around?  no kid will be 100% obedient.  But i can assure you that Vic teacher do impose rules in class.  however, given the fact that Victoria kids are encouraged to be curious, i do believe, they will make more attempts to be adventurous.  Hence, may put them at a disadvantaged position when interviewing for local primaries.

Nevertheless, I do like the way Victoria teaches young kids as I believe kids learn best when they are unpressured and happy.  Perhaps they are perceived as bad students by local primary schools, but learning is a long journey, I want my kid to learn well and happily and I don't want to focus on marks.

My kid studies at Vic k1 now and i am not worried about his p1 allocation even i m targeting for traditional school. He is v. presentable and can master v well the eng, pth, even we just speak cantonese mainly at home. I m definitely vote for Vic if anyone ask for my opinion. My kid has chinese n maths homework everyday but still hv  nothing for eng. He is so outspoken that he could ask (in eng n pth) for what he wants at restaurants/shops when we travel abroad. I think for a kid just turned 3, this is amazing!

Vic is not an international school, it just a private school. If u have concerns on Chinese, may be you can consider to apply 英普班,they have native mandarin speaking teacher as class teacher.

for Vic in kowloon campus, K1 - K3 is around $4900 per month, versus SC K1 around $4200 per month and K2 - K3 around $4600 respectively. I would say two school fees are more or less the same as Vic don't have many other fees to pay, and include 茶點費 as well, which I know SC doesn't included.

Not all vic kgs r created equal and as far as i know, not all of them r ib certified.
All Vic kgs use the same inquires based learning approach but some schools attained certification first.  Others are still working towards it.

Like Woodlands, nit all areMontessori certified but teaching approach is uniform across all campuses.

Agree with other jms that if you don't have the resources to support iB stream learning, you had better choose kindergarten with a more traditional teaching approach.  Afterall, Victoria kids will not trained to be the 受教 type, but rather encouraged to have their own ideas and opinion.  This puts them at disadvantaged position when being interviewed by local traditional primaries.

If money is not a concern, you should pick kindergarten based on the kid's character.

The worst thing that could happen is a mismatch -----putting  a curious eenergiser bunny in a cage or placing a submissive quiet little fellow amongst a bunch of noisy ramping monsters.
