Oh, they used wrong envelop.  You better report this to school first, otherwise they may not have enough stamp to post the application form to you.

I also received the letter.  But pay attention to the wordings.  It doesn't confirm that your application is accepted and but just said that it is being processed.  

Not sure what the crieteria will be, but the application forms will be sent out in Nov to those whose application is accepted.

Just got the confirmation letter (application acknowledgement)  today as well for PN. They will send out the application form by mid Nov. interview dates have been scheduled to be held on Feb 20, 21 and 22. No rescheduling will be permitted.
