they give offer according to the order they received the applications. i.e. the earlier you submit your form, the higher chance you get a am offer... the interview session is just part of the formality... i bet they use the interview to filter out some of the kids who have inherited problems. to be honest, the school is lacking facilities and resource to handle kids who need special assistance.

if they mistakenly admitted one, and the kid's parents do not like to drop out. they will be into troubles but no way out as it may be dragging in discrimination issues.
