Thanks for additional info.

How many programs they have? Any breakdown by programs? I don't think all are in Nursing.

No laa, OU only count full time course for IPASS institution program actually I can guess the reason of why OU high diploma program which is nursing program and was certified by hk nursing council, OU nursing program has some reputation, their school head is 立法會議員李國麟教授。就業率100%.

I still remembered that in HK Polytechnic year, the highest pay was for Dip in Japanese Studies. I puzzled and checked out why. The reason was 1/3 of the class from Police Force, the most junior one is senior inspector.......
