大家有否聽聞漢X有個學生最近比警察捉到身上有毒品，是否真的？

BTW, where do you get the idea that this is "sour grapes"?  There is indeed some rumours going around and I have heard the same as well.  But since what I heard is 2nd hand hearsay, I will not repeat it here.  But fair to say radish is not making up a story out of thin air.

國際學校學生濫藥真係咁嚴重？上面有人開名話 CIS 有，報章的 LINK 就係 HKIS。其實，警察經常都捉唔少人，打開中文報章港聞版，關於學生犯事的，吸毒又有，援交又有，殺人都有，點解個 d 唔開學校名，但係國際學校學生犯事就一定開埋學校名？話時話，好似名校生都有人試過因濫藥等上報紙，不過本地學校家長就會話係個別事件囉。

I think the thread was originally started to see if the recent drugs allegations were true at CIS.  The subsequent discussions were mainly targeted at all IS.  At this time, I am not sure if anyone has confirmed or disproved the allegations?

My comment is on general observations and my son's school on drug screening, no intention to highlight CIS or other IS.

合理，對家長及孩子都有保障....
所以我覺得學生唔夠秤去蘭桂坊飲酒索野，警方唔做野是欺善怕惡，恰班乖d既。整個校園驗毒計劃是不公平，只是做場戲，根本治標不治本，我都反對阿仔參加。

平日连讲粗口,吸烟, 都未见过, 拍拖也较少的学校, 咪照样会发生,不用大惊小怪!!!!!

There is no need to worry. 樹大總會有枯枝。What is important is your care and attention to your kid. If you have good communication with your kids, they would not be target of drug pushers.

但我唔覺得真係間間都有，或者係唔係 d 學校 kum 住，唔比家長知？
印像中，好似次次有事，都係 "某兩間"  學校，其他學校好少 (起碼唔會大件事到報紙都賣)。

I mean it is present and also "prevalent" in the sense that there should be small group or groups in IS which will abuse in "drugs" i.e. marijuana or other soft drugs. Maybe there are exceptions to one or two IS. But to my knowledge, students from big name schools are quite often arrested by police for possession of DD.

Do you mean present or prevalent?  I am sure it is present in all schools though hopefully not to the extent of prevalent.
