For Cambridge starter, can train at home with exercises and past papers and sit for the exam and get a certificate.
Foe Selin maths, no public exam. If you join Selin centre, can get a certificate if study for more than 6 months. Selin is good in that the curriculum is very similar to local school curriculum, as different from Kumon and Enopi which are not so relevant.
