番N班實會受傷?

阿仔上星期俾人"Meet"到紅晒，佢好驚番學，老師話好小事，佢唔發覺，唔洗調位，我叫佢幫我望實D，點知昨日又俾小朋友抓塊面，紅到突起晒，界亅到甩晒皮，老師又睇唔到。我唔敢俾佢再番學，你地D小朋友有冇傷痕累累? 好心痛!

Thanks. Agree, many non-profit making organizations do have experienced teachers.  Many profit-making kindergartens, with high school fees, but salary of teachers may not be comparable with others.  Therefore, the qualities of the teachers are not necessarily higher than the others.  Many kindergartens are expanding too fast in these two years. New teachers may not be good as well.

我有同樣經歷，老師話好少事，我仲見埋校長添，又如何，又話無人打佢，話我生一個太緊張，唔通我生兩個就可以俾人打咩？我都明樓主點解唔講邊間學校，因為仲讀緊，你嘅心情我完全明白，因我情況和你一樣。

唔太認同價錢低，名氣唔高就無好老師，阿仔讀既係屋村N班，無名氣，老師多年無點轉，但佢地有keep住進修上堂，有愛心，應付小朋友爭執好有方法，阿仔推過人亦被推過（小朋友搶玩具），大家都有點紅損，老師清楚交代，亦講得出當時點處理。

出席學校舉辦既講座，校長分享管教仔女，平時點應付小朋友係學校發脾氣唔聽話，令我好impressed。

回應樓主，每次受傷都要問清楚點發生，小朋友返學被整傷會有陰影，太細個爭玩具而發生咬人推撞係正常會發生，但老師要處理，重複被整親難以接受。

Thanks for all your advises.  He was hurt by other students. I think the child should be innocent.  They just don't know how to express themselves. I reflected this to the class teacher a week ago, she mentioned it was common for the child to hurt each other.  Therefore, I think reflecting to the class teachers is useless. Accident happened this tue again.  I also teach him to scream out when other students hurt him, but my child says the teachers will feel sad if he screams.  Physical hurt is okay. I am just afraid he will not like to go to school in the future.   I just want to know if all schools are the same, like the teachers said. Thanks.   

Since we will transfer to another school in the coming Aug.  Therefore, I have decided to withdraw him from the school.  I just treat the N class as playgroup.  Just let him to play more at home.  

Sorry I don't want to tell which school at this moment. I hope it is the problem of individual teacher and I have talked with the principal. It should not be the problem of the school.

小朋友難免會有互相碰撞而整親，呢啲受傷，我可以接受！但人為嘅，就不能忽視，好明顯老師有問題，但你都要教仔仔保護自己，如果同學再束意meet佢，要教佢同老師講！ 不過，有冇問吓仔仔，係老師定同學整傷佢？

咁你放學要再捉住班主任好好地傾下，你話小朋友好驚唔肯返學，耍佢好好正視問題，放學校長會唔會企晌學校門口，如果會就扮請教校長.唔知點按撫小朋友。咁係返到呢個月尾定下個月中放暑假呀?

唔係呀,  病就一定會, 但唔一定受傷, 有D學校空間大/ 活動多, 小朋友被唔同教具玩具吸引, 都唔得閒打人.

我覺得老師同家長溝通有問題多d, 邊有可能次次話唔知？小朋友無論做咩野都應該睇實。但如果家長係會追問邊位小朋友整傷自己小朋友嘅人，通常老師係怕左佢唔會講佢點整親。另外，都好睇咩學校，如名氣，收費底嘅學校通常冇咩錢請資歷好嘅老師，真係你有你投訴，佢又當你唱歌，遇到好嘅就係你好彩。所以名氣大同越貴嘅學校越多人爭。基層小朋友係香港就係甘冇保障！

我覺得頭一兩次可以接受 但成日受傷就接受唔到 我仔so far無受過傷 呢個係唯一學校好嘅地方 睇得好緊 我同事仔女好多時都有受傷

係咪應該教小朋友如果學校有其他小朋友meet佢，應該講唔好，避開同立刻同老師講。雖然我囝囝都未識講嘢，但佢整親係識即刻話我知，指住傷或痛的地方。

學校好多小朋友，老師要睇禁多人都係有困難，都好難只怪學校或老師。

撞親有機會係唔小心，可以接受。但meet唔同，係人地主動傷害自己小朋友，一定要投訴，再唔係要求轉班。唔可以比自己孩子受傷害，爸爸媽咪都唔幫佢，邊個會幫佢？

似係學校問題喎! 老師點會連點整到，邊個整到佢都話唔知 ga ? 要教小朋友比人打時大叫和避開。

我仔都係d 細膽唔出聲嗰隻，快返完 pn 啦! 少碰撞和跌親係有，但冇試過比其他小朋友打或整損。

如果返學要比人打，小朋友好慘呀! 比我都唔想返啦!

我覺得自己撞傷腳嗰啲唔緊要（我個仔差唔多日日都有新瘀傷）！但係俾人打就唔得啦！仲要啲老師睇唔到，有冇搞錯？！
