紐航撤飛倫敦航線,有無人回程'被轉'乘國泰返港?

我兒子舊年買了紐航來回倫敦學生機票, 去程已於2012年9月飛London, 今年暑假７月返港,被轉搭CX,有30kg免費行李寄倉一件(跟NZ airline 舊例),但原有的額外寄倉一件23kg(要補70英鎊)就沒有了,如要跟CX的額外寄倉收費就很貴(US$60 1kg), 今年兒子是最後一年,行李也很多,不知如何是好!  各位有如此相同遭遇嗎? 可以爭取多點寄倉磅數嗎? 我打過去 Air NZ 問, 也叫agent 問過, 無用, any advices, please?

謝謝你的提點！但我地而家係由NZ轉CX,情況同平時唔一樣！
如果坐CX唔使一定UM，同埋都唔使16歳以上陪同㗎！
自己網上check-in都得，係維珍先要UM同無得網上做咋！

如果小朋友吾想 UM，可以搵個夠 16嘅同佢同行就可以了，網上 check in 要一齊，就可以一起劃位

Yes, my son's schoolmate had 2 cabin luggage @23kg free when he went to London last summer but he bought one way only.

改坐維珍仲衰，一定要UM(16歲以下一定要空姐陪同，雖然係免費，但我小朋友極唔鍾意）

請問你張B.A. e-ticket會否寫明免收UM費用呢?  因為我張CX e-ticket 仍然寫20Kg行李寄倉, 只是Air NZ 口頭應承有30Kg, 不知信唔信得過?

I know some students can bring 2 cabbin luggages @23kg free but my son can only bring 1 @30kg. (I mean both of them fly by air new zealand)  Do you know why and what is the arrangement for those when returning to HK in this two cases?  I don't mind asking by myself but I know very little about them.  They ignore my rights.  I feel uneasy.

I asked NZ (through agent) giving me seat of B.A. yesterday because the cost for extra baggage (B,A)is only gbp40 for 23 kg.  The answer from my agent was seats of B.A. were allocated to those passengers booked in March and April and seats of CX were allocated to those in July (like my case).
