是IVE HD課程, 你知道入唔到大學, 就諗入IVE工程, 無考慮其他學校

97後，HKIS 同RICS 斬纜（當然後來有番reciprocal agreement）本地大學的測量學位課程HKIS 全都認（其實得HKU, Poly U, City U 有測量讀），反而外地大學要check 清楚。舊年HKIS 革新會員制，IVE畢業生都有path 可以考專業牌，同我老闆計過，無記錯最快7年。Poly U 的HD 和城大的Asso. Degree就最快畢業後5年考牌。HKU, PolyU , 同CityU degree 畢業生就畢業後2年可考牌。
有了HKIS 牌，執業一年自動有RPS, 不用考試。至於AP就要再考試了。
測量無論那個級數學校畢業出來，搵工一直都不是難事，當然人工唔係荀啦。

Yes. HKIS -> RPS -> AP

But RICS -> HKIS -> RPS -> AP

以前: RICS = HKIS

Also, do pay a bit attention on the exemption on part 1 & 2 for the professional examination. Most if not all the relevant degrees offered in local Universities can have the full exemption. Thus, after graduation, students can practice in the industry and start their log book for two years before having the professional examination. Otherwise, one may need to take a few years to take other course or take other examination in order to start their two years log book.

In the old days, people who studied HD will go to Reading (UK) for the final year degree. Yet, I do not know the latest path as most student will take the professional exam for HKIS instead of RICS.
