2012 Interview 流程

此帖純粹分享 2012 年 Interview 之流程，關於面試內容其實我都唔知 (囝囝唔肯講)。Mrs. Fieldings 已於 2012 Summer 離任，所以這一年的 interview 有別於之前的校長單獨面試。

Interview 分開 3 天，照推斷應為大仔(Jan~Apr)第一天，中間(May~Aug)第二天，細仔(Sep~Dec)第三天。相信三天面試內容會有些出入。

由於流程十分暢順，Interview 當天只需於指定時間早約 5~10 分鐘到達便可(確保唔會遲到)。到了指定時間就在門外排隊，先由老師在門外檢查文件 (所有 portfolio/獎狀等額外文件會叫家長自行拿走，所以大家唔需要帶去了)，完成後就要一位家長陪同小朋友入到裡面既長櫈等候 (另一位只能在外面做門神)。約一分鐘後，就會連同另外兩三個小朋友一起被叫到樓上另一課室。

課室內會有兩三位老師分別與家長再核對文件和與小朋友閒聊，內容十分簡單，例如食咗野未。之後就會帶領小朋友再到另一課室進行面試，而家長就到隔離課室等候。小朋友面試過程十分快，只需 1~3 分鐘，應該是英語對答。前後加埋，10 分鐘唔使就可以離開。

my son too.He went for interview for around7 mins.He is not an out-spoken boy and got 1 candy.He was not in mood that day so no crying =I treated it we won in this game!

未in既加油！！

He said no puzzle. Only books. He is not an outspoken child so he might not have responded to the teacher much so he was screened out v soon and didnt do puzzle? I asked if others had puzzles. He said no too. So i dunno. I went in for 7 mins.  But I did hear kids before him saying had puzzles though.

本書是否playground 同玩puzzle? Your son' s description is similar to my child. And he ask one more for my coming bb

純粹呻一下....
我女當日只攞一粒糖。
返到家，問佢老師問左乜，佢話老師俾左本書，問佢係咩黎，然後我女話佢唔知係乜。我相信佢無答。然後就攞糖走了。我相信無chance了。
往年係唔係一定要識答晒問題先收呢?

My son got 3 candies and he told me that teacher asked him to take one for daddy one for mummy and one for himself so he took 3. Different slots may have different questions. But not sure whether he was right. He said there was an english teacher asking him questions and read books. Then candy part was in cantonese.  And 3 rd teacher in cantonese brought him out of the room after interview.

唔關攞幾多粒 candy 事，老師唔會亂比 candy 小朋友。我囝囝當日都只係攞一粒。

可以反過來睇，你朋友囝囝應該係有主見同多說話既小朋友，再於 interview 完後主動問老師可唔可以攞多d candy。

未考試既家長千其唔好因為咁特登教小朋友於 interview 後問老師攞多d candy；我知道有人試過咁做 (話想攞多粒比細佬之類) 但最終都係唔得。最關鍵仍然係睇 interview 既過程。

My son only got 1 candy.  Does it mean no chance because my friend's son got 4 candys last yr, and he got the offer.

應該可以。

其實學校未必會睇太多成績表/進度表內容，因為學校跟本唔會收 portfolio 或其他獎狀。主要只係睇面試表現。

唔使 complete sentences，相信主要睇小朋友既表達能力。相信亦唔需要認字。

老師唔錯㗎，每年有三次家長日，會同你講講小朋友係學校既情況~

其實係邊一間讀 K1 真係無乜問題，小兒 K1 讀既係一所有學卷既本地幼稚園

其實小朋友，有得同一班差唔多年紀既小朋友一齊學習一齊玩就多數都會開心~
