我可唔可以咁推斷, 未收到信嗰D其實就係"Offer"同"waiting list"中間質數小朋友, 當收不足"offer"小朋友registration後, 未收信嗰D立刻可以出"offer"信替補, 如果最後真的收足registration, 先至出"waiting list"信。

因為呢2日都有已經收到信既小朋友交留位費，可能佢地做左某個數量先，過幾日再做埋餘下既小朋友，等人交留位費時唔好逼埋一齊。希望過2日你地就收到信啦。
