I went there for around 30 minutes on Saturday. I agree it's a show: the displays and many foreign teachers etc. But hey, this is an Open Day, so it's understandable that the school want to show off their 'best'.
What was a bit unsettling for me is the inconsistency of what the teachers/staff are saying. I would like to apply for PN class for my daughter for school term starting Sep 2013. One of the teachers said that currently they are only accepting applications for school term starting January 2013. However upon talking to another teacher, she said that they will accept Sep 2013 application and the deadline is December 1, 2012.
Overall, my feelings are: happy and lively environment, a bit small, teachers are generally friendly, admin staff is average. And I agree with one of the previous comments that this school seems to be heading more of an international route, so I am not sure about the quality of their Chinese level. If you want your child to go to local stream for primary school, I'm not sure if this school will give children enough exposure/knowledge in Chinese to handle local stream primary one's Chinese class.

那些外國老師也不見得很好，如果大家有去open day就會見到有個男外藉老師在做火山實驗，但全程不發一言，沒有向小朋友或家長說他在做甚麼，普通話室就播我家中都有的兒歌vcd唱歌
真的係我見過最差的open day
