我個女今年返pm, 我地輕鬆過舊年返am, 夜晚多咗同C6玩的時間
9：30 — 10：00 get up
10:00 - 10:30 light breakfast
10:30 - 10:45 piano practice
10:45 - 11:30 play time
11:30 - 12:15 lunch
12:15 - 12:30 toilet n change
12:35          school bus
16:45             arrive home( snack walk the way home)
16:45 - 17:15  bath
17:15 - 18:45 milk + nap or play if cant sleep
19 :00          soup
19 :30          homework
20 :00          dinner
21:00 - 23:00 Daddy's playtime

12:15 poopoo then get dressed
12:30 go to school
5:00 back home and have snacks/fruit
5:30 go to park/play at home
6:30 bath
7:00 dinner
7:30 play
8:30 sleep

7:30am:             Wake up,
7:45am-8:45am : breakfast & play time with sister
8:45am-9:30am : homework
9:30am-10:30am play time  & tv time
10:30am-11:15am  library or 學英文興趣班
11:15am-11:45am  Lunch & & Reading
11:45am-12:00am  Change Uniform  toilet & brush teeth
12:10pm: go to school & nap at bus
17:00pm: Back home
17:30pm- 18:15pm: go to the park
18:30pm:  bath
19:00pm- 19:30pm: dinner
19:30pm – 20:30pm: 親子時間
20:30pm- 21:00pm : brush teeth..bedtime & pillow talk story time

no i don't take him out to play in the morning. i give him early lunch ~9:30am, then go take a nap at 10:30am. if he wakes up at 6am that day, he'll quickly fall asleep, but if he gets up at 7am, then it may take him almost an hour to fall asleep, but most important thing is he'll still sleep, otherwise he'll be super cranky after school at 4:30

我都好想比阿仔咁早瞓, 但有時我同C6放工返到屋企最早都7點幾, 沖埋涼食埋DINNER同佢玩一陣都已經9點.

Actually u really have to set a timetable for the kids.  My little one is in PN (pm class)
Her schedule is
6am wake up
6.45am breakfast
7.30am toilet n brush teeth
8.45am go to the park(downstairs)
9.30am take shower
10.15am early lunch
10.45am-12.30pm nap
1pm-4pm go to school
4.20pm back home n take shower
5.30pm early dinner
6pm play time n story time
6.30pm brush teeth
6.45pm  go to bed( usually sleep at 7.15pm til 6am)
Maybe some of u might think that is too early to go to bed, but from my experience(I'm a mother of 2 girls),  I trained my daughters since they were babies.  It's really good that kids sleep early for the brain development.  And for adults, we do have our own time at time.
一句說話（要堅持）小朋友一定要生活要有規律，訓得好，自然食得好，脾氣及情緖亦會好。

Why kids can sleep till 9am? 10:30am? My son wake up 6am or even 5 am, and can play till3pm, still hv energy! So I give up pm class...

我個囡今年K1就係返AM Class, 佢N班時就係返PM. 佢上年的時間表
8:30am-9:00am : Wake up, brush teeth..
9:00am-9:30am : breakfast
9:30am-11:45am : playing & Reading
11:45am-12:30am : Lunch & Change Uniform
12:35pm: go to school
16:20pm: Back home & nap
18:30pm: wake up & bath
19:30pm- 20:15pm: dinner
20:15pm – 22:00pm: play time
22:00pm- 22:30pm : bedtime & pillow talk

11:44-12:15am - lunch
5:15pm - 放學 + nap

7:00-7:20pm - homework (if any)
7:30pm - dinner
8:30-9:30pm - 親子時間
Before 10:00pm - bed time

覺得上晝上興趣班，比下晝或星期六學好好多。哥哥 K3 返上晝，放學返屋企已超攰。大家同時開始學，妹妹上手快好多。
