小一生時間分配

小女剛升小一, 現正為她安排課外活動, 大家覺得以下的安排可接受嗎?  會否太辛苦?

早上6:30起床, 晚上9:30睡覺.
星期一 : 2:45 放學, 約3:15回到家, 洗澡, 下午茶, 做功課 (通常約1小時內做完) 5:00 - 5:45 學琴, 之後玩耍及晚飯

星期二及四 : 放學後參加學校的興趣班至4:30, 約5:00回到家, 洗澡, 下午茶, 做功課, 之後玩耍及晚飯

星期三及五 : 2:45 放學, 約3:15回到家, 洗澡, 下午茶, 做功課, 練樂器 , 之後玩耍及晚飯

星期六 : 上午參加Oral及外語班, 各1小時,  下午學另一種樂器1小時, 合唱團1小時

星期日 : 主日學1.5小時, 之後自由玩耍 (多數去公園或郊外活動)

都唔算太迫 考試都可以應付 只要一早plan好時間表分開讀 但沒有運動項目?

Yes, sleeping time is limited.  Maybe I can try to ask her to sleep at 9:00 instead of 9:30.  (8:30 is too difficult la)

Oh, yes, need time for practising musical instruments.  It is another problem.  Perhaps it can only be done on Wed & Fri.   Revision is included in homework time.  (I guess it is still ok for primary 1?)

Free play time can be after dinner (around 1 hour).  Reading ...... oh, maybe between classes on Sat. ......  Oh, I think I am getting too cruel !

Better let her sleep for 10 hours a day. Go to bed at 8:30pm?
It's important to practise each musical instrument for at least 15 minutes every day.  Otherwise it will be a waste of money.
Time for daily revision and reading of Chinese and English books?
Allow her at least 30-45 minutes free play time every day without adult intervention.
4 classes on Sat seem too much.  But if you don't need much travelling it should be ok.

大致上都OK既, 但到TEST/EXAM可能唔夠時間囉..

sounds acceptable. (my students' schedule is more tight and much busier!)  But does she have enough sleep? My daughter goes to bed at about 9pm  and gets up at 7am. Sometimes she still feels sleepy.

I didn't arrange any activities for my daughter on weekdays. I am glad that her school would offer enough activities for the children during school hours.
On weekend, we spend most of the time for fun and outing. She just learns drawing in a non-profit association.
