2013-2014 Pre-Nursery (PN) New Student Application
Age Requirement: Children born between October 1, 2010 and August 31, 2011.
Obtainment of Admission Application Form
*Please collect required supporting documentation in an envelope. On the front of the envelope, please write the words “APPLICATION” in the lower left hand corner.
Please attach the following documents and information in an envelope and mail them to our school. Only documents postmarked between 10th September, 2012 to 12th September, 2012 will be accepted. Alternatively, you are welcome to deliver them in person to our school mailbox at 1/F. Commercial Block, Harbour Place, 8 Oi King Street, Hung Hom from 10th September, 2012 (8:30 am) to 12th September, 2012 (5:00 pm).
Required Supporting Documentation
1. One copy of your child's birth certificate (please write down your contact number and indicate whether you would like your child to have the interview in Cantonese or in English in the upper right hand corner)
2. Two self-addressed stamped envelopes (4.5 inch x 9.5 inch, with $1.4 and $2.2 stamps respectively).
3. Application fee $30 (payable to St. Catherine’s International Nursery (Harbour Place), please write your contact number on the back of the cheque, this fee is non-refundable.)
*Please note: Application forms and the invitation slip for interview will be sent to applicants by post in the middle of November. The date and time of interview cannot be changed. You may contact us if you have NOT received an application form by 30th November 2012. |
