我諗每間 center 既處理手法未必完全一樣, 我仔的一間是有給他們講解的, 每次有新課程, 回來的功課都見到部份是做左的 (是導師跟他一起做)
上星期因為囝囝的公文英剛接觸新題目(被動式例如 i told u / u were told by), 做時唔明需要我講解以後才能自行完成餘下的8 張紙, 於是我寫便條跟負責人反映囝囝是需要我的輔助才能完成功課。昨天將近下課時去接仔, 從玻璃望入去見到負責人逐條題目給我仔解釋, 最後仲叫埋我入去一齊聽, 好讓我用同一方法給他講解 (小孩多接受老師的一套), 導師解題時好detail 的拆開例如 :
They sent him the letter. >導師首先問 The letter 要用he/she/it? he /she/it 要跟is/am/are? 然後再睇sent 係乜野時式? 如過去式用was /were? 當解決以上問題時就可完成答案:The letter was sent to him.
I heard that it's from UCLA. It's like an all-round English program. I like the phonemic awareness part in its curriculum. That's very useful and practical. I might let my son join it later.
Actually, I prefer E.nopi. It's because I think the ultimate goal of learning MATH is to understand the concept and train up a kid with critical mind. MATH is not only calculation, it's to set up our mind set with wide angle observation.... etc. My son is doing E.nopi and he is happy with it. Hope you can choose the one suitable for your kid :)
