YMCA TST Int'l PN class

My son got an offer from YMCA Int'l Pre-K 5 Day Climbers class.  Any mummy's kid study there before?  Is the teacher nice there?  I heard the school style is quite free and no pressure on academics?  Well, my son is the super active type and can't sit still, I think the school arrange K1/K2 to go swimming or other activities there.  Pls share comments.

I think this year 5-day class is HKD4200/mth

I don't think so. They don't require interview for the PN class. I submit the application when my baby was 8 month's old. My friend submitted quite late but still got an offer.

5-day class (only PM class) is HKD4xxx per month.

For PN class, no interview is required. They will notify you where there is a place.

即係小朋友父母唔係講英文的嗎? 如果父母英文不是native, 會唔會減低左收小朋友既機會?

I do plan to send my girl to IS. I like YMCA because they have K3. If she is not accepted to IS P1 after K2 she can still stay for K3 for a second chance.

I guess if they don't teach Chinese and no homework, it would be hard to goto traditional P1.

Tks a lot for your info Leepee!  I'm very keen of their Climber's class now and hope my son can fit in there.  Does your friend planning to let their sons to study there till K3 and then goto international school for P1?

有啊！不過我想阿女適應多啲所以比佢返三日，佢上完一排好活潑，成日同我講school啲野，佢啲同學大部分有indian，Japanese, Korean, 一定要全英先溝通到，而且啲老師好caring, 我班入面有個妹妹對某啲食物敏感唔食得餅，有日替徦miss唔知比左佢食少少，另一老師即刻十分緊張同佢家長講，仲緊張過個媽咪，所以我好放心女女響果度讀，可惜我住得遠，佢地又無校車，如果唔係我實比佢返埋N班
