Dear Kwantheory,

As I know the following words mean same thing, which one is the examiner usued to use @ Grade 1 :

loud/ forte

soft/ piano/ quiet

legato/ smoorth

staccato/ detached

Will crescendo and diminnendo also used during AURAL test?

唔駛擔心,我發覺我d學生冇請翻譯既都高分過有請翻譯既(Aural o個part),考官好好人的~
我都有學生o係附近考,佢都話一次比一次近我以前就次次都TST>.<

you can do that online, send the application by post or by person. The application period for 2012 is over already.

if the teacher said he is able to deal with those term, believe your son!  :) I also truly think the examiner will repeat the key word slowly if he/she finds out your son might not understand the question. :) In fact, I feel they speak pretty slow for younger kids.

It is true that no one can ask for an interpreter suddenly. They will assign you to the center without interpreters.

老師話佢應該可以,請翻譯佢有問我請唔請,因為要比100元同埋都唔系好多英文.佢覺得可以唔洗.最重要系專心點.英文果啲字眼老師話佢已經明,聽得到.系我擔心佢唔得..而家已經無得補請了.
