我有個中學時代嘅學長，
佢讀完個 BMus 後又走咗去澳洲讀獸醫；
讀咗5年超級辛苦嘅書同實習之後，
本來打算返香港大展拳腳；
點知 offer 係有幾個，但條件實在太差，
引用佢嘅話＂如果我接受咁嘅條件，唔單止對我自己、更加係對我同學的侮辱！＂
我笑一笑，＂香港對 allied health （輔助醫療）一向都唔重視，就算對中醫師都係非常一般。＂

一個月之後，佢就返咗去澳洲。

此話題讓我想起一位很敬重的英國獸醫作家 James Herriot

他的一系列故事 The Lord God Made Them All... All Creatures Great and Small .... 描述他一生的獸醫生涯，讓我這個當年想考進台大獸醫學系的人，得到慰藉

EK 系統 6/29 號刪了我兩篇日記，也刪了部份好友名單、提醒紀錄,,, etc 日誌已再補上，好友名單改天會再度補回~

Eventually. hot and professional programs are very demanding. Not just need academic assessment, but also need professional assessment as well. No matter like in HK changed from 523 to 334, we won't lower the par in professional assessment.

Why?

Professional qualifications bonded with international mutual recognition agreements, if we lower the par, other countries will cancel the agreement(s), all existing professionals will suffer from this.

God grant me the serenity

Agree with annie. 做vet等同醫生, 只是對象不同, 但也是拯救生命吧! 而且動物有不同种類, 有排實習呢.

你的朋友入到 nz massey 的獸醫系, 一定成绩突出吧! 他的经验让我想起有位朋友在荷兰读医, 上第一堂教授叫他们认清错左右两边的同学仔的样子, 因为据有关部门统计最少有一个赶不上, 笔业前自动轉左系. 提醒大家要醒定D.

Veterinary Medicine 的课程不会比医科生容易, 要读长些时间的机会(考试肥佬) 很大. 如果有个课程可以三年内连实习部分都完成, 是有D'易希'吧!

我有朋友曾經去nz massey讀, 佢話nz入面massey既獸醫最出名wor (佢經agent問架, 我都唔知咁多架)

不過讀左1個學期多d, 佢知道自己頂唔順, 亦知道自己唔會考到所需IELTS, 所以轉左系了, 而家都就黎畢業
