My boy is studying in Ming Wai PN, he can sing Japanese songs and I see he has big progress. I don't heard he has phonics class. The Chinese class teacher is young, nice and has good heart, but the NET is mean. He likes to school everyday. Overall my comment is good. But my boy has another offer which is very good with voucher.
A boy lives in my building, who is in K3 can speak fluent English, but not sure PTH
Last night I read a picture with my girl, I told her that was a Panda and then she pointed the picture and said bamboo, I didn't teach her "bamboo" before. Quite suprise!
As my girl only in pre-nursery level, I don't know whether the student can catch up or not, because, all the things they taught not so difficult. But they just taught K1 books in Pre-nursery class. Taught K2 books in K1 class. I just know my girl loves to read books.
I don't think all the NET are caring. As the NET in my girl's class doesn't have smile. The Chinese one is better.
Many students live in TKO, their parent want them to have higher level of Eng so choose this school. The school is not expensive as only around $3200. The student no need to join Eng and PTH class outside.
I choose another school for my girl when she K1 in coming Sep, the only reason is that Ming Wai do not have primary back up. And there's not enough space for the students to play. The classroom is really small.
So far, my girl says she loves to go to school..........
