ESF interview ( Primary 1)

Can anyone share their experience of the ESF interview? What will our children need to do in the interview(s)?

I know there is a singing session, playing section, and reading session.

The interview session roughly takes 1 hour.  Parents don't know the exact details, since the kids were guided to another room.  But from the kids, it seems there are different play / reading areas for them to participate in.  Afterwards, the kids seems to enjoy the session / process.

The interview is a play-group setting (6-10 kids each group), without the presence of the parents (so I have no idea of what the kids are asked to do by the teacher).  I think the key is that your kid can communicate with the teacher in English in complete sentences and confidently.  Hope this helps.
