Pui ching $3500 + $500 school bus
both also free of charge secondary school, which sch better or higher standard?

Given both are good schools, perhaps the decisive factor is travelling time. Experts say that for kids at primary school age, any travel over 30 minutes will adversely affect them.
If I were you, I would choose PC.
Who knows. Our next Chief Executive could be the one from PC!

我住西九, 會揀 SH...
現等緊6月大抽獎, 如派不到第一志願, 便入讀SH..
SH 普教中, 英文P1 用P2 課本...

3年前, 培幼收咗我囡囡, 但放棄咗..

因為想培養囡囡英文和普通話興趣, 所以入謮英普幼稚園...
亦可函接現今小學...

3年後, 叫我再揀培小或SH, 我會揀 SH...

九龍邊度？要check check保母車到唔到…如在西九，車程也只是半個鐘…但如是上晝班，小朋友都要6點幾上車…
如這些都沒問題，咁就當然係聖心！

如果交通不成問題， 我會揀SH。
而且， SH係返半晝，小朋友可以多點時間休息。

You may also cosider co-ed vs girls' school.  
Personally I prefer Sacred Heart for girls.  For academic standard, SH may be a bit higher in secondary section esp. in English.  But if travelling time is too long for SH and you don't plan to move, then Pui Ching is also a good choice.
