懇請各位有小一面試經驗家長給予選幼稚園意見！

如題，其實我個女今年先入讀K1，目前有兩個offer係手，一個係KV, 另一個係九龍民生。
老公想個女入KV，原因係想她學多些，不應只因我地作為家長害怕面試壓力而抺殺阿女學得更多的機會。
自己則想阿女入龍校多些，純粹因為怕小一面試，和欣賞該校有外藉老師教英文。

大家可否以過來人身份給我些意見，尤其係究竟KV生是否真的享有較大優勢呢？

其實類似我呢種問題係幼稚園版經常出現，但我係小學版搵資料時忽然諗不如在此出個帖，聽下有實戰經驗的家長分享不是更好嗎？

希望好心家長能賜教！

You can find those KV students who are so active and happy to wait for school in the morning. If u have time, u may go to see those schools in the morning time. Then you can feel those students whether enjoy schooling and their behavior. It may be more real picture.

My daughter is so passive to face in front of the stranger,but she is too active   On her body. She cannot sit properly without self control. I changed her from a happy active learning style nursery to KV. Also, she only likes to talk and watch the cartoon in English at that moment. I hope KV can train up her discipline and Chinese. At the end, KV help her and me so much. The teachers are nice. You can share how to teach kids when you bring them to school or after school. My daughter loves KV and all teachers.
In the past, I also like you to hear many "bad" things of KV in the forum, but it is not truth that we see. We like KV. It is good foundation to be built for adapting primary 1.

hello 我囡囡也是這樣, 才令我擔心, 雖然我另一個offer 不是名校/龍校, 但是一間開心快樂的kinder, 我也很想女兒讀, 希望她的性格變得主動/開朗些.

但真的擔心, 到小一時, 又要再上戰場, 而我們同齡的小孩 又更多, 真的唔敢搏
如有機會, 我們可否再交流下.  你巳決定KV了嗎?

請問這些都是在KV 培養出來嗎? 當年你囡囡考K1 時, 是個靜態的還是活潑型的呢? 我囡囡是靜態型的, 也缺乏自信, 你認為KV 能改變這類型小朋友嗎?

tkyy 你好, 我也是有點擔心KV 太著重學術, 小孩是否每日也正常的遊戲/音樂/美術/戶外活動等........
另外, KV 是否可以 train up小朋友自信心呢?

My daughter is studying k3 at KV.  She has several offers like SFA, KTS, APS, 優才、港大同學會、禮賢、培道、王錦輝、音小。we already made the decision on SFA. You can let your kid to apply more schools to get chances. You may not know the criteria of school admission.
But the academic standard, good social skills and presentation, and good character and manner are so important to face  interview.

真的很感謝各位KV & MS家長跟我分享，終於決定揀KV，因為希望阿女升小時有更佳的準備。

The choice really depends on
1.  do you like Munsang Primary School?  
2.  what kind of eduction you want to provide to your daughter?

As a parent of two sons who are now studying in Munsang kindergarten, I find this is a great kg.  I understand  some of you may think that MSC kg's curriculum is too easy.  I want to tell you that it is not.  Someone has already mentioned that there is a lot of changes in these years.  Some of you like some kg because they teach in higher level of curriculum.  Just want to ask that do you really want your kids start to have dictation, quiz and just sit in the classroom in their early school life.  Do you think it is called discipline?  MSC kg has a lot of different visitings among the year (K3) like visiting library, fire station, Road safety center(??) and he is visitng Ocean Park today. What a varity school life!

May be some of you think that some very famous school has advantages to apply for their primary school.  I agree that some smart kids really get a lot of offers, however, please surf for some forums that there is still a lot of kids did not get any seat upto this moment.

我仔仔今年KV K3, 考小學都算理想(請check PM), KV 的確為小兒打好基礎, interview 有幾間學校著重考學術如APS, KTS, SFA, 我覺得KV都有點優勢, 我見今年嘅KV 生很多都考得不錯 .  如果民小並非你心儀的小學, KV 是不錯的選擇!!

我個小朋友是KV畢業, 現讀小一.  KV是中英數要dictation and quiz, 但我不覺得幼學生感到有壓力, 不是想像中咁hard. 因為課程教快咗, 可以唔駛出外補習添.

亞仔當年考到 民生、KV、SC 及中環聖公會。我們選了SKH.不過,亞仔有個家姐讀緊有直屬英中的津小,亞仔到時(乜都考不到)都可以入硬家姐間小學,基於這原因我才會比他讀SKH。若果亞仔是獨子、頭生、家姐讀女校,我就會揀民生。

你係大囡定細囡? 嗰d好奇周圍望探索的反而在interview中都幾吃虧，坐定定乖乖地的就較受歡迎。
小朋友而家靜d唔等於佢三年後都係咁。

但如果去左一條龍的幼稚園, 小心到 in 小學時人地小學見你有龍校小學, 可能會感覺你當佢地係 back up, 未必會俾 offer ,今年我識不少的半龍校生, 全部表現都不錯, 但沒收幾個 offer, 所以入得MS 就預90% 會留在 MS好些..

KV 就寫字同紀律都不錯, 但面試時是看小朋友本身為主, 如果小朋友是靜的, 就keep 在 MS 較安全, 因  interview對靜的 小朋友不太有利, 就算KV 出來亦未必在 interview 有特出的表現..

7 間中有2間唔係DSS/私小。我比多4間你 : SFA，TSL，CKY，民小。你選3間，如果都無民小就真係無必要讀民幼。

haha!你嘅case同我一樣，我喺在職媽媽，我仔都考倒SFA, KTS, APS 和 SMC，如果讀傳统小學，kv可以幫小朋友打好學術上基礎。

因為據聞民生只係收大概60-70%幼稚園生上小學, 而中學又只收約70%的民小學生, 計起上黎, 由幼稚園到中學只剩少於50%? 咁好自己就會諗, 如果阿女一個唔好彩, 升唔到上去要出去考直資的話, 優勢會否比KV差......我老公就是就著呢一點去分析成件事...........anyway, 多謝你的回覆和幫忙!

龍校始終有龍校好處，進可攻退可守，不過聽朋友講民幼並唔係100%上到民小，當然比率不會太低。而KV我相信一 ...

幣在民幼唔俾參加大抽獎, 參力抽獎會視為放棄直升資格, 係九龍區的龍校黎講, 只得佢有呢個要求! 所以, 另謀出路只可向DSS看, 咁又去番同一個問題, 如果係咁, KV似乎優勢較大!
